The Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

Accurately process orders, credits, and expedites through phone, EDI, and email communications.

Prioritize and manage daily workloads, ensuring urgent items are handled with care.

Provide tracking updates and manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate rush orders with Production and Shipping teams.

Collaborate closely with Inside Sales to expedite orders and resolve customer issues.

Issue Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and follow through on quality concerns.

Maintain excellent customer relationships, converting challenges into positive experiences.
Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management within a mechanical/technical product environment.

Post-secondary education preferred.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (5-10 complex orders per day).

A positive, empathetic phone manner and the ability to build and maintain customer trust.
Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually + up to 15% bonus based on KPIs
