Executive Administrative Assistant – BILINGUAL (French/English)
Our client is a publicly funded organization similar to the government. They are located in the downtown core, and searching for a bilingual professional to provide a high level of administrative support and assistance in all matters, supporting the senior leadership team of their non-profit initiatives. A highly organized and independent individual is required. A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Office programs is required.
Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
***this role begins as a contract role with a possibility of extension and permanency
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
– Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company
– Provide strong administrative support internally to 3-4
individuals
– Negotiating with service suppliers
– Schedule meetings, appointments, book travel
– Some event coordination required
– Working daily with Microsoft Excel and Word
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Min. of 1 year administrative experience (supporting a senior executive)
– Fluently Bilingual (French / English) both written and verbal is required
– Strong Microsoft Office and fast typing speed
– Excellent calendar management skills
– Extremely detail-oriented
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Post secondary education
– Ability to work independently
