Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a key role in fostering new business relationships and maintaining or expanding existing ones. This position involves providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers, addressing issues promptly and professionally. Strong communication skills are vital for daily interactions with dental professionals, consumers, sales representatives, and colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities:

Handle order management via phone, email, or fax, including data entry.

Address and resolve customer or consumer complaints efficiently.

Manage retail accounts, including handling EDI orders.

Oversee institutional account orders.

Process orders and billing for specific customer platforms like Coupa and Dentira.

Respond to consumer email requests regarding orders, billing, and payments.

Handle returns and credit processes, including issuing and approving credit.

Assist sales representatives in resolving order-related issues quickly and effectively.

Process e-commerce orders through platforms like Shopify.
Job Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with AS400 or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Strong communication skills; fluency in French is mandatory.
