Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Markham, ON
Our client, a leading company in the medical/pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join their team in Markham, ON. This is a full-time, permanent role with great benefits, RRSP matching, bonus potential, and three weeks’ vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in English and French
- Process and manage order entries accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain customer account information and resolve issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (order entry preferred)
- Bilingual in English & French (spoken and written)
- Experience in medical/pharma or healthcare is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) is a plus
