Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a customer liaison, handling service-related inquiries across Canada. You’ll provide product and service information, process orders, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, offering solutions and product information.
- Review schematics to identify parts customers may need.
- Resolve service issues by diagnosing problems and ensuring timely solutions.
- Maintain organized service operations, including managing incoming and outgoing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold company service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
