Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members, prospects, and stakeholders via phone and email
- Offer accurate information on membership benefits, programs, and services
- Maintain and update member records in a CRM system
- Support outreach and engagement initiatives
- Assist with organizing and participating in events and workshops
What You Bring:
- Fluency in English and French (verbal & written) is required
- Experience in customer service, member services, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a membership-based organization or insurance-related field is an asset
