About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new HR position and build the function from the ground up. As the company’s first dedicated HR professional, you’ll play a key role in shaping people strategy, supporting business growth, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
•    Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with employment regulations
•    Foster positive employee relations and support workplace culture initiatives
•    Oversee health and safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance
•    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
•    Support leadership with performance management and employee development
