Are you passionate about customer service and auto finance? We're seeking a motivated professional to join our clients team in Markham, Ontario (Hybrid)
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support in auto finance processes
- Manage credit inquiries and customer communications
- Coordinate internally with credit team to determine credit worthiness of customer
- Assist with loan applications and documentation
- Support credit statement review and collections
- Support Dealers
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years auto finance credit experience (strong preference) – Client may pass if this experience isn't met
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree preferred
