About the Role:
Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a Bilingual Collateral Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in securing and protecting financed equipment in Canada, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with industry regulations. You will work in both English and French, applying your analytical skills to conduct searches, perfect security interests, and manage collateral-related credit conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lien and security searches to identify existing encumbrances.
- Ensure all filings, including UCCs/PPSAs/RDPRMs, are completed accurately and on time.
- Draft and process subordination and no-interest letters.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with credit conditions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with security filings, lien searches, and credit compliance is an asset.
- A degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field.
