Bilingual Accounting Administrator
Our client is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Bilingual A/R Clerk to join their team! Fantastic opportunity for an accounting administrator, located just north of Toronto on a hybrid basis.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Reconciliation of deposits via POS and bank account
- Prepare and process month end
- Support all audits
- Assist will budgets and projections
- Matching, coding and entry of invoices
- A/R – bring outstanding accounts up to date
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 1 year of experience in an accounting support role
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal French and English
