Position Summary
The Bilingual Lease Administrator will join the Lease Administration team in Toronto, responsible for managing lease documents and ensuring accurate data entry related to commercial leases. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Oversee all lease agreements, ensuring details like rates and square footage are correct before entering them into the system (Yardi Voyager).
- Data Accuracy: Accurately set up lease information and maintain reliable data within the system.
- Quality Control: Conduct checks on lease documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to manage workloads and assist with requests related to ongoing leases.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to management on lease setups and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- A university or college degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in lease administration, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Understanding of commercial lease terms and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Review all fully executed Offers to Lease, Agreements, Amendments and other lease documentation to ensure rates, square footage and all calculations are correct prior to initiating the lease setup process within Yardi.
- Accurately setup, reconcile, abstract and maintain leasing data within Yardi.
- Provide quality control for documentation setup, suite maintenance and modification requirements.
- Collaboratively manage the Team Inbox.
- Ensure compliance with the department's standard operating procedures.
- Assist with the setup of regional asset acquisitions within Yardi.
- Other duties as required.
Required Attributes:
