About the Role: As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for our client’s organization in the HVAC industry. Your mission will be to actively hunt for new business opportunities while providing exceptional support to existing clients. With a focus on bilingual communication (English and French), you’ll prospect, engage, and close leads, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunter Role: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new clients within your territory, including Quebec and other French-speaking regions.
- Business Development: Close inbound and outbound leads while uncovering opportunities in HVAC systems for apartments, hotels, and senior living facilities.
- Client Retention: Provide unparalleled support and build lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Sales Excellence: Exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, discovery, and closing techniques.
- Customer Service: Respond quickly to client inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Management: Use CRM tools to track and analyze client interactions and market data to drive strategic decisions.
- Engagement: Participate in tradeshows and other marketing initiatives, and secure referrals through feedback and customer success stories.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- A proven track record in business development, with a hunter mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Confidence and resilience to make cold calls and overcome objections.
- Strategic problem-solving skills to meet and anticipate client needs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and sales data.

Location: This role is based in Thornhill area, managing a territory that spans Quebec and other French-speaking regions.
Work Arrangement: This is a 4days In-Office 1 day Work Form Home based in Thornhill.
Compensation: $60K–$70K base salary with commissions (OTE: $90K–$100K)
