What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Specialists to maximize efficiency and sales performance.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate with product management and field sales teams to support new product launches.
- Monitor sales pipelines and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Implement process improvements to enhance CRM (Salesforce) and call center software usage.
- Conduct live call audits and develop sales strategies for continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in sales (manager, supervisor, or team lead).
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a strong focus on customer engagement.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and call center software (e.g., Nice, Mitel, Salesloft, Five9).
- Strong sense of urgency, decision-making ability, and delegation skills.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to travel 5-10% per year (passport required).
