Bilingual Supervisor
Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is a leading insurance solutions institution. They are currently looking to add a Bilingual Supervisor to help manage the team!
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with handling escalated calls or complex scenarios, motivating a team, and maintaining a high quality of service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and coordinating the activities/tasks for the team
- Provide coaching & training to help improve or maintain service quality
- Handle all escalated calls or more complex scenarios that require high touch of service
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on workflow and potential areas of improvement
- Various projects and improvement initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent corporate experience
- At least 1 – 3 years as a Supervisor or Team Lead experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
