About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly growing leader in their industry, is seeking a Bilingual Account Executive (Retail Industry) to join their expanding team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and advance your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide exceptional service.
- Handle B2B outbound calls to maintain and grow existing accounts and generate new business leads.
- Process orders, manage data entry, and maintain up-to-date records in the internal database system.
- Collaborate with team members to drive results and adapt to evolving business needs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a telesales role.
- Strong outbound calling experience and above-average communication skills.
- 4+ years of retail experience is considered a strong asset.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a post-secondary diploma or degree (preferred).
- Fluently Bilingual (French and English)
