Bilingual Contract Analyst

Compensation Range: $75,000 to $105,000 USD annually
What You’ll Do
As a Contract Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations through contract management, pricing analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and business intelligence. You will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help optimize pricing decisions and ensure contractual accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned sales regions to provide contract, pricing, and business analytics support.
- Analyze business data and develop insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs, and contract submissions.
- Manage customer contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, from implementation through expiration.
- Ensure accurate pricing is applied to customer orders and agreements.
- Monitor pricing compliance and identify rebate opportunities.
- Generate ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports.
- Support GPO and IDN reporting requirements.
- Develop pricing impact analyses, value proposition reports, and business reviews.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms, pricing policies, and customer agreements.
- Support audits, reconciliations, and research initiatives.
- Calculate administrative fees and rebate payments associated with customer agreements.
- Maintain product, contract, and pricing information within company systems.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve operational effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, pricing analysis, or related commercial operations functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience supporting contracts that include legal terms and conditions is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
