Job Description
Seeking a bilingual Staff Accountant to manage payroll administration, customer collections, and accounts payable. Key responsibilities include optimizing cash-flow and ensuring timely payments. Experience with Oracle & ADP systems preferred. Join a dynamic Finance Team dedicated to financial performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll and contribution payments.
- Customer Collections: Communicate with clients to collect outstanding balances, monitor sales invoice discrepancies, and advise on credit limits.
- Accounts Payable: Process payments for suppliers, reconcile accounts, verify credit card transactions, and approve expense reports.
- Other: Complete bank reconciliations, assist in month-end closing, and support audit requests.
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English)
- 2 years of finance, accounting, or payroll experience
- Oracle or ADP experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
