What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting pre-legal processes, gaining hands-on exposure to legal workflows, financial documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
• Review accounts and prepare files for legal escalation
• Draft, issue, and manage pre-legal communications and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of files
• Support the preparation of summaries and documentation for legal review
• Monitor account status updates and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist with processing insolvency-related files and account resolutions
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain organized, accurate records across multiple case files
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English, preferred
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in legal administration, financial services, or a related environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and identifying discrepancies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment
