Bilingual Customer Service and Order Entry Representative – In office

The Bilingual Internal Sales/Customer Service Representative will work with customers and dealers to prepare order confirmations, quotes, and provide accurate information on products. The candidate will also establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, analyze market potential, and track sales and status reports. They will resolve and handle customer complaints within established guidelines, and provide customer service at or above company standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, multitasking skills, time management skills, communication skills, teamwork, dependability, and attention to detail. They must be fluent in both English and French, have computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience with Byd (SAP) would be considered a definite asset. Previous experience in the construction industry would be an asset, and 2-3 years of customer service experience is required.
