Bilingual Operations Representative – Back Office Operations

 

Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is a worldwide leading financial institution. They are currently looking to add strong individuals with an eye for detail to their team! Actively seeking candidates that are interested in a career within the Mutual Fund industry! 

 

 
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

– Set up new accounts and complete transactions & transfers  for existing clients 

– Follow up on any compliance issues or flagged accounts

– Resolve any account discrepancies (fees, tax, transfers..etc) 

– General database management, adjustments, taxes, signing authority…etc

– Provide general product details/information

– Various administrative duties as required 
  

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

 – Open to raw graduates with excellent communication skills or comparable experience, but ideally 1-3 years of experience in financial services.

 – Fluently Bilingual (French / English)

 – High attention to detail and strong organization skills
