Hey, awesome professionals! ? We’re a stellar industry association, and we’re on the lookout for a rockstar Education and Events Administrator to join our dynamic team.

As the Education and Events Maestro, you’ll be the VIP of coordination, making our educational programs and events shine! ?? Reporting to the Vice President of Content Development and Delivery, you’ll be the go-to for learners, event participants, and our fantastic faculty.

What you’ll be up to:

? Be the main squeeze for learners, credential holders, and event participants
? Provide top-notch customer service, answering inquiries and troubleshooting like a pro
? Manage relationships with our event rockstars and collaborators
? Coordinate Continuing Education (CE) credits for our knowledge seekers
? Plan and spice up virtual and in-person events
?? Update the Association’s Digital Academy and other cool learning assets
? Handle records like a boss and generate reports
? Collaborate with our finance team on invoice coordination
????? Contribute to special research projects and be a detective for educational initiatives
? Provide small-scale translation support for French language documents
? Perform additional duties as our secret weapon

Qualifications for our Dream Team:

? 4+ years of professional experience in a related role
Bilingual in English and French
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
? Familiarity with financial services and the investment industry
?? Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, CRM platforms, and Learning Management Systems
? Acute professionalism and attention to detail
? Strong customer service orientation
