Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting both clients and internal sales teams by managing orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring accurate, timely communication. Your focus will be on maintaining long-term relationships with customers while working collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and sales teams
• Manage orders, product support, shipping needs, and return requests for a portfolio of accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Supply Chain
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email, including stock checks, technical questions, and portal assistance
• Review reports for backorders and inventory availability
• Provide team support by participating in meetings and covering for absences as needed
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English is required
• High school diploma
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with SAP Business One or other ERP systems is an asset
• CRM experience is an asset
