The Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, this position oversees HR administration for multiple branch locations in the Eastern Region. The Bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) manages employee relations, collaborates on recruiting and retention strategies, conducts training, and ensures compliance with organizational policies.
