Bilingual Field Service Technician (French required) – Florenceville or Woodstock NB
Introduction

Our client is looking for a motivated and bilingual Field Service Technician to join their growing team in the Saint John, NB region. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you’ll receive full training and immediate support to get started.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be servicing commercial and workgroup printers across a dedicated territory. Your days will start from home, heading directly to customer sites to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional support that reflects our client’s high service standards.
Responsibilities
• Travel to business locations to service and repair printers and office equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and diagnostics
• Provide basic training to customers on proper equipment use
• Maintain accurate service records and manage a small parts inventory
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable support
• Document service activity and resolve calls independently
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Currently residing in or near Saint John West, NB
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with daily regional travel and occasional overnight stays
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with experience using tools
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg
• Experience with workgroup or office printer repair preferred
• Field service background and technical certification or training are assets
