Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English Required)
Introduction

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and supportive team. Compensation: $50,000 to $52,000 annually, plus a monthly performance bonus opportunity of $250 to $500.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the customer support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping ensure orders, inquiries, and requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Your work will contribute to a high standard of service while supporting internal teams in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls in both English and French.
- Process customer orders and enter information accurately into internal systems.
- Create and manage customer cases within the CRM platform.
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Meet established service and productivity goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, including handling high-volume inbound calls.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset.
Benefits
