Bilingual Customer Services Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted liaison. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and supporting the delivery of services as promised. This is a full-time role with regular weekday hours in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or chat and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate daily operations between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Communicate client needs clearly to the appropriate departments
• Support customer service improvements by identifying recurring issues
• Participate in contact centre activity as needed
• Complete data entry, prepare reports, and assist with billing
• Help with quality control and other administrative tasks when required
Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to stay composed in a busy environment
