Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-cycle customer support, including troubleshooting, dispatching service calls, and following up through to resolution

Communicate with customers and service providers in a professional and timely manner

Manage parts and equipment orders related to service events

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend support

Maintain working knowledge of beverage equipment and provide basic troubleshooting assistance
What You Bring:

Fluency in French and English is required

Completion of secondary school (post-secondary education is an asset)

Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
