Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence: Communicate effectively with customers in both English and French to provide exceptional service. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Supply Chain Operations: Assist in managing and processing customer orders. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Stock and manage office supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments.

4. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions. Troubleshoot and address any supply chain challenges that may arise.

5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in general administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.
