Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/French)

What You’ll Do
You will manage account collections with a focus on building respectful and professional relationships with clients. This role requires clear communication, patience, and a thoughtful approach to resolving outstanding payments while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Make and receive collections calls for early and late stage accounts
• Negotiate solutions and follow up to ensure commitments are met
• De-escalate customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor client accounts
• Notify clients of overdue accounts through calls, mail, and email
• Provide reconciliations, process payments, resolve disputes, and manage refunds
• Collaborate with Credit and Sales departments when further action is needed
Qualifications
• 4 to 5 years of experience in collections
• Strong organizational skills and a reliable, team-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Bilingual English/French preferred
