Bilingual Account Executive (French required)

What You’ll Do

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning powerful cloud-based tools that elevate customer engagement and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in French-speaking markets
• Lead the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract close
• Customize SaaS solutions to match each client’s business challenges
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver outstanding results
• Stay current on emerging trends in AI, cloud communications, and CX platforms

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience selling technology or SaaS solutions
• Minimum 2 years in a direct client-facing sales capacity
• Proven success in business development and consultative selling
• Skilled in building rapport with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong communicator and confident presenter in both French and English
• Strategic thinker with a self-starter attitude
• University degree required
