We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system
- Verify and maintain accurate customer account information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional development
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or order entry role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
