Job Title: Bilingual Account Executive – ISO Certifications
100% remote – up to 15% travel in Canada
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Account Executive with experience in auditing or sales of ISO certifications to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, promoting and selling ISO certification services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop client accounts, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
– Promote and sell ISO certification services to potential clients, explaining the benefits and value of certification.
– Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate clients’ compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
– Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and pricing.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of certification processes and address any client concerns or issues.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in ISO standards, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and certifications.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
– Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
– Proven experience in auditing or sales of ISO certifications.
– Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
– Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Willingness to travel as needed.
