Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive calls regarding hardware/software from clients who use the technology on a daily basis.

Identify and understand the inquiry and record the information in the database.

Analyze and assess routine problems with each client over the phone.

Establish a timeline and provide the client with some follow-ups.
Required Experience / Education:

Bachelor of Science or College degree in Computers completed.

2 years experience minimum in Technical Support.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
