Bilingual Sales Administrator Needed in Innisfil, Ontario
Full-time position available for a Bilingual Sales Administrator in Innisfil, Ontario. The position offers a competitive salary range and annual increase opportunities. Responsibilities for this position include order entry and production planning, entering orders for new unit sales, providing timely quotes, documenting and maintaining tracking of unit sales, and utilizing a CRM application to file documents and track customer and sales history. The Bilingual Sales Administrator will also liaise between sales and service departments to ensure timely and efficient processes, collaborate with logistics to coordinate freight traffic, and provide general administrative support as required for various team members.
The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in English and French, have a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract, and possess at least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales Specialist role or a related Sales Administrator position. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Outlook, and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are also required.
