Bilingual Retention Specialist

Our client, is a leader in Financial Services, is seeking a Bilingual Retention Specialist to join their team.

The incumbent will manage retention related calls to assess customers needs regarding cancellation requests.
Responsibilities:
- Handle escalation for clients who are considering closing their accounts and find the right offer to ensure they stay with the brand
- Resolve billing and account related issues
- Investigate customer concerns and determine the best course of action for a resolution
- Provide suggestions products and services that may benefit their account
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Organized, motivated, with great communication skills
- Attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of work
- Bilingual English and French
- 1-2 years of contact center experience (Retention & Loyalty would be an asset)
- Comfortable working in a team based, open-concept office environment
