Bilingual Retention Specialist
North York, Ontario, Canada (In-Office)

Our client, is a leader in Financial Services, is seeking a Bilingual Retention Specialist to join their team.

FinTech company with great culture. Food, Snacks, Coffee & Tea, Rewards & Recognition and Team Outings.

The incumbent will manage retention related calls to assess customers needs regarding cancellation requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalation for clients who are considering closing their accounts and find the right offer to ensure they stay with the brand
  • Resolve billing and account related issues
  • Investigate customer concerns and determine the best course of action for a resolution
  • Provide suggestions products and services that may benefit their account
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Organized, motivated, with great communication skills
  • Attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of work
  • Bilingual English and French
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience (Retention & Loyalty would be an asset)
  • Comfortable working in a team based, open-concept office environment
