Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to accurately handle customer service requests and inquiries through various administrative systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service requests and inquiries in both French and English, utilizing multiple administrative systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve specific customer requirements/issues
- Assist customers with standard account-related requests, including sourcing, quoting and expediting
- Process vendor purchase orders, customer sales orders, and returns
- Continuously learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong phone confidence and professionalism in all modes of communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred but not required
