Bilingual Public Relations Consultant (French/English)

Toronto – Full-time permanent position

Our client is a leading marketing and public relations firm. They are actively looking for a bilingual consultant to work on special projects and marketing campaigns directed towards the Quebec market.  It is a full time permanent position in downtown Toronto, Monday – Friday 9-5. Full benefits and all the perks of working for a top firm in Toronto. There is some travel to trade shows and new product/store launches in Montreal. All travel expenses will be paid by the company (travel is minimal less than 10%). A vehicle is not required for this role, for travel purposes they have company vehicles that will be available.

What you need to qualify:

  • Excellent French/English communication ability (written/verbal)
  • University Degree (soon to be graduates will be considered)
  • A valid drivers license
  • Social media savvy
  • Confidence, ambition, strong work ethic 
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines

Preferred experiences/skills:

  • Experience in marketing/communications/public relations
  • Knowledge/grasp of the Quebec market
  • Degree that specializes in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations


  • increasing brand awareness for their clients in Quebec
  • event management coordination and planning (store launches, trade shows)
  • media and blogger relations
  • working across teams on marketing campaigns targeted to the Quebec market
  • communicating with clients
  • creation and idea generation for marketing initiatives (twitter, facebook, Instagram)
  • translation duties as required
  • minimal travel to Quebec(all expenses paid)
