Job Summary: As a Bilingual (French/English) Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within the pharmaceutical sector. Your role will entail close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Fluency in both French and English, along with deep industry knowledge, will be essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams in executing tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain on-time and on-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all projects adhere to pertinent industry standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Establish and uphold project management best practices to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Resource Management:
- Efficiently coordinate and allocate resources to meet project demands.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, monitoring costs and reporting discrepancies.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain precise project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the [pharmaceutical/food/manufacturing] industry.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
