Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret pension plan documents and prepare reports for clients
- Provide technical expertise to clients regarding pension plan design, funding, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and data in pension administration systems
- Educate clients on pension legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Manage relationships with clients and third-party service providers
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pension analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pension legislation and regulations
