Bilingual Order Entry Representative

Location: Brampton

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system
  • Verify and maintain accurate customer account information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional development

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or order entry role
  • French written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
