Our client, a leading healthcare brand committed to protecting and improving eye health, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Order Processing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, collaborating with external buying teams, investigating order details, coordinating deliveries, and building relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Receive, process and manage customer orders through various channels, such as fax, email, phone, EDI, and web portals
  • Collaborate with external procurement teams to provide regular updates on purchase orders, product availability, and delivery details in a timely manner
  • Comprehend client requirements, identify the underlying causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Verify the accuracy of order details and pricing validity
  • Process returns, issue credits, and provide authorization details for product returns
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries with the distribution center, and track them
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, and sales departments
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on open lines and order reports
  • Enter product inquiries into the SFDC or SAP system
  • Utilize technology and software effectively to respond to customers’ needs promptly and accurately
  • Report adverse events and safety incidents immediately to the pharmacovigilance department in accordance with current SOPs.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in a similar role (placing orders)
  • Bilingual English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Excel is required
  • Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC, and EDI systems is preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to work rapidly and productively while maintaining high service standards
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve issues
  • Flexibility to work overtime, if required, and adjust the schedule to meet business demands while ensuring optimal service delivery.
