Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in accordance with the company’s core values via phone and email.

Respond to written and telephone requests.

Process orders for various online products.

Assist with basic requests and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent customer service skills.

Maintain self composure when confronted on issues by demanding or irate customers.

Good oral and written skills in English and French.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & MS Office.

2+ years of Call Center experience or Business/Economics graduate.
