Bilingual Customer Service Professional – Hybrid

DUTIES:

  • Support the customer service team and members.  

  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in accordance with the company’s core values via phone and email.

  • Respond to written and telephone requests.

  • Process orders for various online products.

  • Assist with basic requests and inquiries.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Maintain self composure when confronted on issues by demanding or irate customers.

  • Good oral and written skills in English and French.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & MS Office.

  • 2+ years of Call Center experience or Business/Economics graduate.
