BILINGUAL PARALEGAL or LAW CLERK (Corporate) – French/English
SALARY: 80-90K + Bonus
Our client is looking to bring on a Bilingual Law Clerk to their team. They are committed to providing the highest level of service to their client base. The main focus is providing accurate information, excellent service and enduring solutions which will enhance customer loyalty. This is a large, world-known entity within MANUFACTURING.
This role is HYBRID – 3 days in office and 2 days from home – within Mid-Town Toronto.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Performs a range of varied case/matter-related duties, including drafting of legal documents, compiling and summarizing data
- Work with suppliers and customers regarding legal related issues
- Is fluent with case management and/or other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information
- Works with supervision/ guidance; is accountable for individual results
- Contract review and management
- Understands and implements service level agreements and protocols
- Responsible for billing
- Answers client’s non-legal questions in a professional and timely manner
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding tasks and assignments
- Ability to contribute to the positive work environment
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- University Degree or College Diploma (Law Clerk, Paralegal)
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- 3-5 years + experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Achieve consistent productivity levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
