Bilingual Insurance Membership Coordinator (Hybrid) 

Our client, located in Mississauga is looking for a detail oriented and bright Bilingual Membership Coordinator for their Life Insurance Team. 

Great opportunity for someone looking to get out of a call centre and into a more purposed filled role with the Life Insurance industry.


Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide product information/Details for all inquires from members 
  • Review, coordinate, and respond to all policy holders as it relates to their Life Insurance
  • Process benefits, claims, and rebates for all members
  • Administer all policy changes as per written correspondence
  • Accurately maintain all members policy information via the database
  • Various Administrative and project based initiatives 


Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in Life or Health Insurance 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can work on Hybrid basis
  • Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English
