DUTIES:

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities.

Update and maintain all records with respect to Insurance coverage.

Verification of financial details, updating files.

Follow-up when necessary, outbound calls to rectify outdated information.

Various Administrative duties.

Account reconciliation & resolution of any financial discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.
-
University graduate out of Business, Economics, Finance.

Outgoing & engaging attitude!
-
Call Center Experience an asset.
