Bilingual Insurance Coordinator – Remote

DUTIES: 

  • Key Role Responsibilities / Activities.

  • Update and maintain all records with respect to Insurance coverage.

  • Verification of financial details, updating files.

  • Follow-up when necessary, outbound calls to rectify outdated information.

  • Various Administrative duties.

  • Account reconciliation & resolution of any financial discrepancies.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.

  • University graduate out of Business, Economics, Finance.

  • Outgoing & engaging attitude!

  • Call Center Experience an asset.
