As an Instructor, you will be pivotal in facilitating courses and assessing learner competence using a competency-based curriculum and various assessment tools. You will actively contribute to the ongoing curriculum development and implementation of their Practice Management Education (PME) program, Specialization Program (SP), and other professional development initiatives.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Contribute to curriculum planning, design, and delivery in online and instructor-led learning environments.
- Assist in delivering presentations about their programs to education providers and other stakeholders when required.
- Address inquiries from licensees and guide a range of topics related to their profession.
- Collaborate on foundational documents such as the College Code of Conduct and regulations.
- Participate in continuous quality assurance efforts to ensure their programs remain current and of the highest quality.
- Provide regular updates on program and course delivery to the Manager.
- Play an active role in shaping the annual work plan for the Department of education and Professional Development.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- A University Degree (Bachelor) in adult education, social sciences, business administration, law, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in adult teaching, including both classroom and online settings.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required).
