Bilingual Inside Sales Rep. – Mississauga Hybrid
SALARY: $48K – $55K (last offer + $5K-$10k commission/bonus paid out Quarterly (Capped – Adjusted Annually) Average rep earns $1500-$2000/ month in Commissions/Bonuses.
JOB HOURS: M-F 9am – 5pm
VACATION & BENEFITS: Extended Health Benefits after 3 months. Onsite Gym. RRSP Match 6% after 1 year. 2 weeks vacation (Neg.), Onsite Parking, plus 6 paid sick days. EAP Program. Tuition Reimbursement $3k Annually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and maintain regular contact to existing and potential customers (90% of Job)
- Address and resolve any service related issues with customers on a timely basis. (10% of Job)
- Process your orders into our internal software system
- Occasional visit with customers at their facility and ours.
- Occasional exhibiting industry related trade events.
