Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative
in Mississauga Area!

Our client is looking for someone to be the point of contact for their outside sales team. Providing bilingual customer service and insides sales support, managing the process of orders and handling client proposals this person will be the “go to person” for the sales team. This client needs a person who is interested in developing with the company and who will contribute to their diverse team. Are you confident and looking to grow your career? Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Act as the main support for outside sales representatives
- Up sell products and provide EXCELLENT customers service
- Deal with customer inquiries and handle any issues with existing orders
- Take orders, deal with pricing and quotes and monitor the process of sales
- Administrative duties accordingly
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- 1-2 yrs of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Fully Bilingual in French and English
- Preferred Post Secondary degree
- Mechanical or technical background (preferred)
- Proactive and outgoing personality
- SALES FLARE!!!
