BILINGUAL CLIENT SERVICE ADVISOR
Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is a worldwide leading financial institution. They are currently looking to add strong individuals with an eye for detail!
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
– Process all monetary or non-monetary request for external and internal clients
– Provide direct support to agents and staff in clarifying any errors
– Follow up on any accounts or trades that are not in good standing
– Various administrative duties as required
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Open to raw graduates with excellent communication skills or comparable experience
– Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
– High attention to detail and strong organization skills
– A desire to grow a career in Financial Services
