Job Title: Bilingual Financial Sales Coordinator

We are an independent investment fund manager located in Toronto, Ontario, seeking a Bilingual Financial Sales Coordinator to join our team. We offer investment products to financial advisors and their clients with the aim of helping investors reach their long-term financial goals. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing schedules, events, and other duties as needed. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about the financial services business and grow into an impactful member of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inbound and outbound communications in English and French to support sales territories.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage schedules and priorities.
- Assist with the development of presentations and marketing kits.
- Support the administration of CRM software and other programs.
- Support marketing and compliance efforts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French.
- College diploma or undergraduate degree.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including products and regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented culture with a flat structure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and open to learning new applications as needed.
- Flexible and committed mindset.
